Missing Image Request Form

Populate the form below when an image is not found on the Syndigo CXH database.

The Syndigo CXH database contains only new package design images, and not old package designs (e.g. “old” Full Circle brand, vs. “new” Full Circle Market brand) . We understand this may be a challenge for you when marketing older design versions that may still be on-shelf.
There is a ~10 business day turnaround from receipt of the product at the Kwikee photography studio, until it is processed and available on CXH .
The Topco Missing Image Request Team will respond to your request within 24 hours.
We will always aim to release images to you by your requested due date, and will communicate to you if the anticipated timing goes beyond your request. At that time you can choose to continue with or cancel your request.
In some cases, due to time constraints a digital rendering may be provided to you while we await the actual product photo to be made available on CXH.
In extremely urgent situations, we will do our best to produce images on your behalf, but cannot guarantee success.
